Caroline Taylor is the owner and principal consultant of Talent for Growth. She has over 25 years experience, initially in general management before moving into human resources. Prior to setting up Talent for Growth she was the global Director of Leadership Development for a Fortune 100 organisation. |

Caroline works with a select number of associates who share her passion for developing others. They also have deep knowledge and expertise in the areas of coaching, facilitation and leadership development. Between them, there is a tremendous breadth of sector and industry experience.
