360 degree feedback reports

The 360 feedback report balances in-depth, robust data with a straight forward, easy to interpret style. The 360 feedback report has four sections. These are a visual overview of the results by competency, detailed competency and indicator scores by respondent group, narrative feedback and high lights and low lights.

Each of these sections provides the participant with insights into how their manager, direct reports and colleagues rate their overall capability. It compares the participants self assessment score and the assessment score of their respondents.
