Caroline Lark is a 360 degree feedback coach, leadership and organisation development specialist and executive coach. Prior to setting up Talent for Growth, Caroline held a global position as Director of Leadership Development for Honeywell Automation Control Solutions. She also worked for Whitbread and Forte Plc. Her career began in General Management and she went on to lead HR teams before specialising in Leadership and Organisation Development. She has extensive organisation change experience and has spent many years working with multi-cultural teams.
Caroline has worked with numerous global organisations in multiple sectors as a Leadership Development consultant and Executive coach and works in the UK, mainland Europe and the USA.
Caroline is also the author of the highly acclaimed book ‘Get Ready for Coaching’. She is a passionate believer in the value of preparing people for coaching in order to support effective matching and maximise the value of coaching.
She combines a strong commercial orientation with a naturally collaborative style and a pragmatic attitude. These qualities, together with a depth of leadership development expertise enable her to create high impact and sustainable solutions.

Caroline holds an M.A. in Coaching & Mentoring Practice and is a certified Marshall Goldsmith Executive Coach. She is also an accredited user of MBTI, Strengthscope, Hogan Development Survey, BarOn EQi and Intercultural Awareness Profile tool.
